The SOURCE has been awarded a two-year, $40,000 grant to provide workforce stabilization support to newly hired employees in their first 180 days on the job at a SOURCE partner company. Funds will be used for automobile repairs, eviction prevention, bus passes, vehicle registration and licensing fees, purchasing work attire or uniforms, and more. Philanthropic support is critical to filling gaps in services where community support and public assistance programs don’t fully meet needs.
