The SOURCE’s employer partnership model is highlighted in the Urban Institute’s toolkit for elevating youth voice in the workplace. The toolkit was created to help organizations put in place supports and structures to help young people transition into and succeed in the workplace. The toolkit features The SOURCE as an ideal model for helping employer partners create space for youth voices, noting the benefits of having The SOURCE’s resource navigators provide feedback and insights directly to employers.
