Researchers from the National Economic Research and Resilience Center (NERRC) at Argonne National Laboratory featured the R.I.S.E. Up program in their most recent report Introduction to the Access, Process, and Outcome Framework for Equity in Economic Development. R.I.S.E. Up is a partnership between Trinity Health, The SOURCE, and Michigan Works! to create career opportunities within the healthcare system. As part of the program, a SOURCE resource navigator works with participants to address barriers to employment, including housing, childcare, transportation, and more. We are honored to work alongside our partners at Trinity Health and Michigan Works! to deliver this important program, and thrilled to see others recognize the value of supporting employees in, and out, of the workplace.
